In today's world of fast-paced web hosting, there isn't one thing people care about more than Uptime. Uptime ensures that content is available to people, when they want it, and is a crucial responsibility for a Hosting Provider.

99.99% Uptime.

That's a big number, but it is quickly turning into an Industry Standard. We use RAID 10 Clusters, Backup Generators, and dual city power feeds to enable us to make the "Always up" guarantee that you'd come to expect from a top-level hosting company.

We take it a step further than that, though.

Our servers never become 'over crowded' with customer accounts. Other companies will cram as many different accounts as possible onto a server to squeeze every last dollar out of their servers, but not Qiwi Trails. Keeping those 'extra' accounts off the server helps make sure that your website isn't affected by another client.

Our servers are constantly monitored by highly trained professionals.  Our data center is constantly staffed with top-notch professionals who maintain what is known as a "10 second monitoring system". What that means is that, if there's a failure in any of our servers, or services, (HTTPD, MySQL, EXIM) they will know within 10 seconds and immediately begin working on the issue, thus keeping downtime to the absolute minimum.

Our Data Center proactively monitors our servers, too, looking for possible failures and fixing them before they happen. If a client is getting out of hand on the server, (using too many resources) we step in and make sure that this won't affect your site. We want everyone to be on equal footing with our hosting, so if a customer is being abusive or running a script that is going to affect other clients, we will temporarily suspend the account in question until we can get that under control.
